All Levels of accounts have a Webmaster ready to assist you. The Mercury account Webmaster will assist with all guidance as you manage your website while the Gemini and Apollo plans mean the Webmaster will also handle it all for you. You can email your webmaster at your uniquely provided Webmaster email address and they are available from 8AM to 7PM Eastern Monday thru Friday
